Health and wellness for the beginner and seasoned expert

When I came across Avanti’s podcast it helped me realize that my current routines and way of living were what was causing me to have low energy and feel bad in my own body. I steadily started with one or two new changes to my morning routine and gradually added more when I felt I was ready. Not only do I feel more energetic without the need for coffee and energy drinks, but I also feel good in my own body, I feel more healthy!

Her podcast focuses on Ayurveda, the simple yet practical ways we can change our health for the better, and also has “Go Deeper” episodes that dives into health and wellness topics more in depth for those who want to get a deeper understating of these topics.

She’s an Ayurvedic expert and has amazing podcast guests that are professionals in what they do. She also has a lot of great resources on her website, Instagram, and her newsletter.

Thank you Avanti for sharing your time and knowledge on healing and health, it has helped me tremendously.
