Informative and Timely
I love that Dr. Taz gives you the information, directs you to other resources, and does all of it in a direct and timely manner. These podcast episodes are full of information to help take control of your health but are not unnecessarily long. I like that Dr. Taz takes the time to explain the information, but does not stretch it out just to meet a certain amount of time.
