I have been working with Jackie since June 2021. And my journey has been transformational. She has held my hand and guided me through my weight loss journey and fully understood the emotional struggles behind my weight- she related to my guilt, anxiety around the scale, vacation/holiday/social eating situations, & diet culture conditioning that self sabotaged my weight loss for years. Her program did not change me (I feel change is superficial and when you ‘change’ I feel you can always go back to your old ways). Jackie’s program has been transformational for me (transformation for me is deeper rooted). She targeted the deeper issues behind my weight gain- our work together at this level helped me set a healthier mindset and foundation. It’s impossible to go back to my old ways with this approach of reconditioning. I’m so excited to continue with her support through this podcast…I absolutely love her.
