Adapt Strength & Conditioning ,

Garrett is one of the biggest innovators in health, fitness and rehab

Garrett and the NeuFit system are truly revolutionizing the way we treat and adapt to the higher levels of human performance and potential.

I was so excited to hear that this podcast was going to be available because anytime I have spoken with or heard Garrett speak, I feel like I owe tuition. An entire history of neurology, anatomy, kinesiology, name your college course and you’ll get some of it sprinkled in there. Cannot day enough great things about Garrett’s ability to communicate complex topics, make them digestible and easier for your everyday person to put into practice without an issue.

Life changing work!!
