Another Interesting Idea
I believe there aren’t enough people of color writing NFL-Based columns and hosting podcasts through NBC Sports. Clearly your bosses ignored qualified journalists of color to give you your job. Who cares how hard you’ve worked to get here. Skin color is what matters most. Your decades of hard work, of building relationships within the business, of writing columns that sell magazines or clicks or advertising, none of that matters. All that matters is that you took the job from a minority. Shame on you.
