    Sovereignty, Skepticism, and Self-Authority Podcast 009

I unpack the difference between externally defined labels like “sovereign citizen” and a more grounded, embodied definition of sovereignty rooted in self-ownership, discernment, and inner authority. I share my personal journey from living under strict external control to learning how to think for myself, question narratives, and step out of fear-based programming. We talk about nervous system regulation, boundaries, intuition, and why sovereignty is not about being anti-government or anti-society, but about responding instead of reacting and choosing alignment over obligation.
