If you care about your mental health, skip this terribly toxic podcast. Adee will say this is a projection, but maybe listeners should get their info from qualified, educated experts - not ab-fluencers.

The podcast is the real deal!!!

I’ve listened to almost every episode and refer episodes to friends all the time. Michael and Adee are so relatable and authentic. I love that even though they are so successful and well know, they are willing to be vulnerable which makes it feel like you are sitting down to coffee with good friends. They stay focused and on topic and don’t waste my time with fluff. More than any other podcast I listen to, I walk away with actionable steps I can implement in my life immediately. Nutrition, health, life skills, relationships - this podcast has it all. I find myself wishing I lived near Michael and Adee so we could hang out and share life together. This podcast is the real deal!!!
