Educational, precise, and to the point

I think the WAG podcast is the best podcast I listen to. They actually talk about what they say they are going to talk about. They never blabber on about something way off topic, like most other podcasts out there do. They truly want to educate and share their knowledge with people. Love this podcast

Extremely insightful!

How awesome to see such an authentic couple so driven to build healthy relationships by talking about the not-so-easy topics. The episodes on relation blind spots have been my favorite so far!

This podcast has made me rethink my nutrition and how to tackle it. I love that there are action steps in each episode and everything is so concise and to the point. Adee and Michael are both highly knowledgeable about each topic so the content that is in each episode is packed with great information. They have great chemistry, which is what makes this podcast so easy to listen. Highly recommend!
