Start season two of this podcast and start the revolution of loving yourself again

Season two is not going to disappoint because this opening episode starts out with a shot to the inside that is the best kind of medicine of all. It doesn’t open you up and ask you to be honest, it ask you to open up and then compels you to be honest. This is the greatest ask. Do not be naïve about its power though. My priest friend from South Carolina would say “it’s like someone has taken a backhoe to your spine...in a good way.” Thank you Buffy for this offering.

Thank you Buffy!

I just wanted to say thank you to Buffy for pointing to the lighthouses and helping me through this pandemic! I recently received my 200 ryt and one of my teachers referred me to this podcast. I am so happy she did. I do not listen to podcasts usually and have been a weekly, sometimes daily listener. I have shared with my friends as well. It is so nice to hear a real person, one that is near by and into things that I am into, talk about relative topics and giving advice to help! Thank you. Again! 😍
