    Space Will Help

    Space Will Help

“The true piece of art lives without the artist explaining it."

This episode is dedicated entirely to the potent space we leave after we set a boundary, talking point, or decision. Buffy talks about the ways over-explanation has the potential to dilute our alignment and resolve. What if instead, we trusted ourselves and our boundaries? What if we trusted other people to be in their own perfect process?

This lesson is relevant in so, so many areas of life - emails, compliments, artwork, and so much more. Tune in to consider the areas of your life where you could use some space.

    Writing Will Help

    Writing Will Help

Writing is alchemical. It changes us, and it changes what we write about - especially if it's a piece of our story. In this episode, Buffy tells stories of dancing love letters, mixtapes, and hand-written t-shirts as a way to support the claim that writing changes who we are and how we operate in the world.

Your homework this week: write yourself into being. (Bonus: Let us know how it goes.)

    Fall Rituals Will Help

    Fall Rituals Will Help

The edges of the day are cooling off. Can you feel it? The slight drop in temp is the inspiration for this week's episode, where Buffy talks about the Fall season and why it is such a potent time to implement rituals to get focused and clean house.

This week's stories include new school supplies (can you smell the fresh pencils?!), five-year lists, and treasure hunting. Buffy shares what she's up to, what she's hoping to integrate, and invites you to create your own rituals that help ease you into the turn of the season.

A gift of a podcast

These episodes are like soul nurturing conversation, woven with story. Buffy offers perspective that is anchored in hope and goodness that is applicable in real, complex, brutiful life. This podcast is becoming part of my reset and renew rituals - it’s SOul-good. Episodes 52 and 63 are favorites, as is this weeks (Writing will help)… so dive in… listening is time well invested.

Why I went to yoga

Buffy was one of my first yoga teachers over a decade ago when I started my practice at 19 years old. I loved her classes to learn alignment, but I mostly went to hear her talk at the beginning. Her little notebook and her stories that she would share and then interweave effortlessly throughout the class we’re so beautiful and always seemed so applicable in my life. This podcast is like those little Buffy yoga wisdoms all rolled into one beautiful place that I can access anywhere, at anytime.
