I so enjoy this show. I have just found it and have started from episode 1 and I am already on 107. Donald and Catherine and genuine real people who have real normal struggles and just want to help others as well as themselves deal with life and the struggle of loosing weight in a way you can continue to maintain. Funny and easy to listen to
I was made aware of this podcast from The Calorie Deficit Queen Instagram page. I like the candid format, and quirky sense of humor from them both. They give good tidbits of advice on how to navigate a world full of delicious food.
