Come for the weight loss tips. Stay for the personality. Donald and Catherine are a fun couple who will help you stay on track in weight loss and fitness no matter your level. They recognize that everyone is different and prefers different strategies to weight loss. Their preferred method is CICO and sustainable, lifelong habit change.
