I love this podcast and Kim’s approach to food. You don’t have to take the pleasure out of eating in order to lose weight and that philosophy is what has me still going after six months. This podcast is a rich supply of inspiration and support for anyone’s weight loss journey. Kim’s approach is so refreshing! Her coaching is a MINDSET game changer for weight loss. And she doesn’t pretend to be perfect. She shares all the messy parts and genuinely shows us her human side to her relationship with food when she’s feeling, sad, hurt, angry…fill in the blank. We can all learn from our wins and “fails” and Kim gives us the skills and tools to build from the “fails” rather than turning to food. Not to mention the recipes she shares! Yum!😋
