Customer Reviews
Great podcast!
Always learning and love Jeff’s knowledge, guests, information, education and more!! Thankful for this awesome resource for wellness🙏
Thoughtful & Smart
Jeff does a great job of sharing useful information from experts in the wellness industry and weaving in his own insights based on his many years in the space and his own health journey. His ego is just the right size (not always true with podcast hosts), and he does a great job of platforming women on his show (not always true of male hosts). He’s bright, witty, and welcoming, and I always look forward to listening, even if it’s a topic I’m would not normally explore.
Commune with Jeff Kransno
This is a great podcast, it really delves into mental health issues. Self worth is a ig topic, and I love listening to his conversation with Marisa Peer. very enlightening.
