When They're Used To Something BIGGER 😳 I Sex, Intimacy and Compatibility

Nut Navy ROLLLLL CAAALLLLLLLL!!!!! This week on Hard or Soft, Tahoe, Courtney and Yesssterday are back — and somehow we go from Tahoe finding out his daughter is sexually active to wondering why MEN don’t have their own version of an OB/GYN. 😭 First, we get into love and vulnerability. Have you ever wanted to say “I love you” but stopped yourself? Even worse…have you ever finally said it and gotten NOTHING back?! We also talk about the little nonsexual things your partner does that inexplicably turn you on and the different ways people experience intimacy. Are you kinky, sensual, energetic, sexual — or a shapeshifter who needs a little bit of everything depending on the person and the moment? Then things get complicated.  Have you ever found your mind wandering to somebody else while you’re being intimate with your partner? What happens when memories from a previous relationship still influence your current experiences? And what exactly is a sexual yearner? We also get into sexual compatibility and the insecurity that can come with dating someone who’s accustomed to something…different than what you’re working with. 😭  Then a woman asks an unexpectedly legitimate question: Why don’t men have a “dick doctor”? Women routinely see OB/GYNs, so where are men supposed to go with questions about sexual and reproductive health? And why are so many men reluctant to go to the doctor in the first place? PLUS — could the entire Hard or Soft / Nut Navy crew be taking a group trip to Hedonism?! 👀 We’ve also got Tweets of the Week, a new entry into the Urban DICKtionary, Courtney’s Kink of the Week, and Yesssterday returns with a Confession of the Week that might be one of the WILDEST we’ve gotten yet. And of course, we finish with The Hard & The Soft: THE HARD: Eye contact and connection during intimacy. 👀 THE SOFT: Ladies…presentation matters. 😂 Love, fantasies, intimacy, sexual compatibility, men’s health and entirely too much information.  Welcome back to Hard or Soft. How to Reinvent Yourself and Start a New Chapter

What if the life you’re living in now isn't the life you’re meant to stay in? What if you could start writing a new chapter today? In this unforgettable conversation, Mel sits down with one of her favorite authors, John Grisham, whose books have sold nearly half a billion copies worldwide. But this isn't a typical interview about having a legendary career. This is a deeply personal conversation about reinvention, rejection, purpose, and the “golden moments” that change the entire direction of your life. 35 years ago, Mel was starting her first year of law school when she picked up John Grisham’s The Firm, and it opened up a whole new world of possibilities for her life. John would call that a “golden moment”. A moment that becomes the catalyst for a whole new chapter of your life.  You are going to hear why that moment was so special for Mel as well as John sharing his own “golden moments.”  He tells the story behind his own unexpected path: failing English, drifting through college, practicing law, and being rejected as a writer over and over again before writing the book that changed his life forever. You’ll learn: -How to stop treating rejection as proof that you should quit -Why your current path is not your final path -What to do when you feel trapped in a job, career, or identity that no longer fits -Why “one page a day” is a powerful strategy for changing your life -How to create space for a dream, even when your life is busy -What to do when you feel like you’re drifting and don’t know your next move -How to recognize the “golden moments” that can change the direction of your life -Why discipline and consistency matter more than waiting to feel inspired -How to use the stories, setbacks, and detours in your life as material for reinvention -Why it’s never too late to start writing your next chapter This episode is for anyone who feels stuck, discouraged, or unsure what comes next. Because your current path is not your final path, and as John Grisham proves, there is always more of your story left to write.  For more resources related to today’s episode, click here for the podcast episode page.  If you liked the episode, check out this one next: This Conversation Will Change How You Think About Your Entire Life Connect with Mel:   Order Mel’s product, Pure Genius ProteinGet Mel’s newsletter, packed with tools, coaching, and inspiration.Get Mel’s #1 bestselling book, The Let Them Theory Watch the episodes on YouTube Follow Mel on Instagram The Mel Robbins Podcast Instagram Mel's TikTok Subscribe to SiriusXM Podcasts+ to listen to new episodes ad-freeDisclaimer  Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. How To Ride, Survive a Bad Sex Life And Keep The Spark Alive Feat @FantasyFitnessMD

Nut Navy ROLLLLLL CAAALLLLLL!!!!! This week on Hard or Soft, we’re joined by Toni (@fantasyfitnessmd) of Fantasy Fitness, and somehow we manage to turn relationship advice, sexual chemistry and riding lessons into one completely unhinged conversation. 😂 We start with something every long-term couple eventually has to deal with: How do you keep conflict from destroying the sexual attraction you have for your partner? And what happens when you’re with somebody whose sex drive is MUCH higher than yours? Then Toni tells us the unbelievable story of why TWO of her boyfriends decided to break up with her after they went to jail. Apparently incarceration had them doing some serious relationship reflection. 😂  From there, Toni explains how casually teaching friends bedroom techniques eventually turned into an actual Fantasy Fitness class, why people sign up, and what they’re hoping to learn. We also talk about building anticipation with your partner throughout the day, mismatched sexual desire, how much recovery time people really need between rounds, and whether bad sex is enough reason to GHOST somebody afterward. The crew also imagines what would happen if we all became OnlyFans creators and had to choose our own niche. Plus, there’s a new use for Meta glasses that nobody at Meta had in mind, Yesssterday introduces us to another one of his…creative techniques, and Tahoe has to answer for possibly ruining his friend’s experience by deciding to join the festivities. Toni also talks about the confidence and motivations that shaped her approach to intimacy, while the crew gets into communication, boundaries and what partners actually enjoy in the bedroom.  A listener writes in to tell us about a “little” obsession of his..  And of course, Courtney is back with Kink of the Week. Relationship problems, sexual confidence, Fantasy Fitness, questionable decisions and entirely too much information.  Welcome back to Hard or Soft. This One Episode Will Motivate You to Change Your Entire Life

This episode is a MUST-listen. If you’ve ever felt behind, scared, stuck, or doubting yourself, you need to hit play. Today, Mel sits down with someone who has been a mentor from afar for more than 12 years. Mel says she would not be where she is today without the person sitting across from her. For more than a decade, Gary Vaynerchuk has been one of Mel’s biggest inspirations - and in this conversation, he is here to challenge you to stop making excuses and start changing your life. Gary is one of the most successful entrepreneurs and creators of his generation, a six-time New York Times bestselling author, and the force behind VaynerX, VaynerMedia, and VeeFriends. If you’ve been sitting on an idea, watching other people do the thing you want to do, worrying about what people will think, or telling yourself you’re too late, you need to hear this. Gary will challenge the way you think about fear, regret, comparison, confidence, your career, other people’s opinions, and the excuses that are keeping you stuck. You’ll learn why the people you listen to shape who you become, why your embarrassment can become your advantage, why peace of mind matters more than status, and why one action could change the entire direction of your life. Gary also shares his advice for anyone who wants to start a business, change careers, put themselves out there, or finally take the risk they’ve been thinking about for years. His message is simple: there is something you are amazing at - and the longer you sit around watching everybody else do it, the more it costs you. You’ll also learn: - What your algorithm reveals about who you are - Why you need to start living your life with your funeral in mind - The 3 words that are keeping you stuck - Gary’s #1 tip if you’re unemployed or looking for a new job - How to stop blaming your parents for your circumstances - How to build self-confidence and let go of your need to be accepted - Why peace of mind is the secret to a rich life This conversation will push you to stop waiting for the right time, stop letting other people’s opinions control your decisions, and stop living in a way that leaves you saying, “I wish I…” By the time it’s over, you’ll know exactly what you need to do next - and you’ll feel inspired to go do it.
