Aging Well… hopefully

Your podcast - Such a terrific find! As a post menopausal woman I wish I’d known some of this stuff 15 years ago. I’ll make sure I share this with the younger women in my life.
Also great to get the positive feedback that some of my later life decisions are on the right track.
Looking forward to series 2.

Brilliant

Hi girls,

Loving your podcast. A great pace to listen to and quite a few ‘a-ha’ moments for me. Have listened and read around some of your topics and some can be too scientific, boring or hard to relate to. Not yours.

A big thumbs up from me.
