    After 420+ episodes, conversations with some of the world’s brightest luminaries, hundreds of thousands of you reached worldwide, and 50+ deep, vulnerable reflections on my own journey and what I’ve learned along the way, this is my final episode of the Stay Grounded podcast. It’s the end of an era. The most profound dojo for me to develop the skill of asking questions, offering deep presence, and cultivating a global community. But most importantly, the gift of all of you. The journey we’ve been on together is the journey of a lifetime, and I’m so grateful for this one book to close itself so a new one can emerge. This last episode is about giving yourself permission to let go, and how to gracefully find the beauty in transitions. To not just find the joy in closing a chapter, but how to artfully close the book, and put it up on the library shelf as something you can proudly look back on.  All of the Stay Grounded episodes will stay online so you can watch them in perpetuity. It’s my gift to each of you, no matter where you are on your journey. These episodes can be something you can come back to, listen to, take notes from, whenever you need a reminder of the way.
