Laughter found (didn’t know it was missing!)
So I found this podcast after getting hooked on @JulieFoudy and her semi-quarantine Instagram updates from Tokyo this summer. I didn’t know I was missing laughter, but where has this been in my life? How did I not know about the brilliant joy that is Laughter Permitted? Time to make it part of my weekend routine! I’m of an age where I’m right on the Title IX bubble. I didn’t really benefit from it, but was adjacent to the 1st gen girls who did. Seeing this podcast celebrate strong women underscores both the value of the inclusion we’ve achieved, and the distance we have yet to go for true equity. It makes me giddy with hope (or maybe that’s the cinnamon roll I ate?)
Amazing and Hysterical
I love listening to this podcast and recently started having my daughter join me tuning in to some episodes. It’s so much fun and we laugh so much!
The Perfect Escape
This podcast has everything embedded into one: female empowerment, inspiration, humor, and sports. I love the format of the podcast! Julie and Lynne are agents of change and make this planet better.
