We break down how to set non-negotiables — small, behavior-based habits you can follow even on your hardest days — and define what a bare minimum day looks like so you don’t fall into the all-or-nothing mindset. We also dive into the difference between motivation and discipline, why discipline creates freedom, and how setting boundaries and protecting your energy can completely change your year.
