Love her work

I really enjoy this podcast for a few reasons :
- The meditations are short. If I can fit them into my day, anyone can!
- Her voice is soothing without being drippy.
- Alot of guided visualization, which can be helpful for people who don't find strict mindfulness easy
I really recommend it to anyone who needs a manageable meditation schedule, beginners or experts alike.
