Incredible and enlightening! THE BEST!

Every day can seem really overwhelming, but every night I look forward to my special time when I can sink into bed and listen to an episode of meditation minis! 🧘‍♀️ These quick little podcasts transform my day and inspire good choices. They serve as a helpful reminder to be grateful, declutter, take deep breaths. I was listening to kids meditations like Ahway Island, and as great as they are, they weren’t what I wanted and it was basically a virtual bedtime story. But my mom introduced me to this adult meditation that took me seriously and wasn’t looking at me like I was an average 10 year old with no stress in her life. They are my outlet for well-being, and it may sound weird that a little tween could have as much stress as a full time parent, but these meditations truly help. Chel Hamilton gives me a new perspective of living, a different angle to view it from. She truly does help me create an amazing day.
