I really like the meditations and the calming voice she brings to these podcast episodes. However, the ads in the beginning put me in a not-calm state. I wish they were at the end because it interferes with my relaxation, personally.

Just Do It

This Podcast is amazing. If you have just a few minutes in your day, take the time to tune out the world around you and listen to one of these mini meditations. As stated in the title, just do it! It takes MOMENTS to do and can bring you great peace and help you refocus yourself on what really matters. Thank you so much Chel!
