Box Breathing for Anxiety and Stress
Eyes open, or closed. Here's a quick and simple breathing meditation technique you can use in even the most anxiety-filled moments. It's also a great one to teach to your kids. In addition to the audio instructions you can also add a physical movement by tracing a square in the air in front of you.

😴 Sweeter Sleep [Extended Mini]
Back by request form the archives. 🤗 A special 20 minute "extended mini" to deeply relax, nap with, or fall asleep to... There's an intro, but no outro. Instead, the track just slowly fades away. Mixed with ambient sounds of fans, distant ocean rhythms, and even the ever so slight sound of people talking in the far, far distance from time to time. Enjoy!

Customer Reviews
Very helpful
I have been a longtime listener of this podcast. I find Chel’s meditation very user friendly. My favorite go to meditations
Really wonderful
This is my go to meditation podcast. Chel has helped me navigate through so many emotions and moods.
A positive weekly habit
I have been listening to Chel’s podcast for several years( pre-Covid) so approximately five years. Chel has a calm soothing voice and I enjoy the music. I feel her 10-12 minute sessions are more effective than longer(20-30 minute) meditations. I really appreciate what her meditations have done for me. It is now a positive weekly habit. Chel, keep up the good work. Thanks 😊
