    Welcome To Virginia-Land of Surprise

Kim comes from a family of gifted storytellers and natural born comics. This episode will be shared in a storytelling format. At the end of 2019, Kim was preparing to move out of the US and return to live in Europe. Preparations were being made and “Covid” was permeating the US & The World, making it unwise to travel and leave the US. Shortly after Covid Health Protocols had been issued and after the US 2020 Election, Kim drove across the country to North Carolina, where she produced her first documentary film called Calling in The Constitution with Constitutional Master & Author, Dr.Edwin Vieira. Having spent 4 years in Charlotte, circumstances unfolded such that she took a very negative and unpleasant series of events in July of 2024 to view them as an opportunity to chart a different course; put her belongings in a moving truck and went off to find a rental property in Virginia near The White House. In this personal commentary, Kim shares some unusual revelations and insights about what it was like to look for a rental in Northern Virginia and some unexpected experiences she had with Property Owners, Property Managers & Real Estate Agents. Get ready for some of the shocking changes that have taken root in the real estate and housing market and the sharing of very difficult personal trials and tribulations that took her by surprise. Normally, Kim does not share such personal details about her life, but, in this case, she felt like she had to. The insights she shares will be impacting all of us not only now in the near future. As the segment unfolds, Kim gives a dire warning to all of us. Be on the look out for it.

Preventing Another DCA Mid Air Crash – A 360 Perspective

Due to the unexpected Mid-Air Crash between a Military Blackhawk Helicopter that was reported to have been on a “Continuity of Government” Training Exercise, that crashed into an American Airline Jet that had been given the ok by the Air Traffic Controller to head for the runway at Reagan National Airport, one of the most congested and dangerous airports in the world, Kim will be doing a short talk about how to remedy events like this so that they don’t happen again. While we greatly benefit from receiving the information from, “official reports” and news commentaries we should become very interested in not only the obvious details about the plane, the helicopter, the air traffic controllers involved and additional data points that can be verified. Kim will share how specific changes can transform and upgrade safety levels, not only at The Reagan National Airport, but in Airports around the entire world. What’s needed is a whole systems approach to what’s actually happened and to identify protocols, airport conditions and issues that were happening even before this catastrophic event. This means that we need to be receptive to both traditional and unorthodox ways of getting information and data, so that all of it may be put together not just at the NTSB and the FAA level, but, on a Military, Government & Intelligence level of understanding. One may think this is obvious, but, when Kim gets done sharing with you what she has to share with you, you may find out that you are in a new place in your own ability to receive, investigate and discover what you need to know about what factors converged to cause this tragic loss of life. She will use this case example as part of the talk. Coming up soon in Audio only. Stay tuned.

Terminating A Pregnancy- Facing The Complexity

While it’s a very serious time in the United States of America and the world, it seems as if everything is on the line, with all of our personal rights and freedoms are in question  from free speech, biological and medical autonomy, to enhanced regulations and proliferating surveillance. Terminating a Pregnancy is so highly charged and upsets so many people, that it seems as if there’s no easy way to converse about it without upsetting many different groups of people with different beliefs. Pregnancy is often associated with and connected to our concepts of Creation, Love, God, and Divine Will. It brings up everything we feel, believe and think. It brings up our emotional connections to our own family of origin and to the concept of family itself. Pregnant women carry not only the pregnancy, but the mass expectation being projected onto them. Society marvels this time in a woman’s life and recognizes it as a sacred rite of passage. It’s considered one of the most important processes and transitions in a woman’s’ life and in an entire family’s life. This segment explores some of the nuances, complexities and difficulties involved in the decision women face, whether or not they planned to be pregnant or not and the difficulties many women go through, who had no “plans” to have a child. Laura Uplinger has spent 47 years as a volunteer- championing women to explore the power that nature gave them during pregnancy. She was educated at The University of Sorbonne and received her degree in Paris in applied psychology. She’s  fluent in French, Spanish, English and Portuguese. Laura has made contributions spanning the globe in Pre and Pari Natal Education. She spent 12 years on the Board of Directors of APPPAH and is on the Board of Directors of OMAEP.  She currently is the Vice President of The Brazilian Association for Pre- Natal Education. While she has many commitments in this area, she also teaches Primal Health at the University in the south of Chile. And, last but not least, as if the above is not enough, she’s the liaison between The Brazilian Network for The Humanization of Childbirth and The National Organization of Prenatal Education. Heating and Cooling with Non-Toxic Materials

George Swanson, a groundbreaking expert in biological buildings joins us to discuss the transformative benefits of heating and cooling with non-toxic materials. George Swanson is the owner of Swanson and Associates, a pioneering force in the field of non-toxic building materials and methods. He’s also the author of “Breathing Walls,” a comprehensive guide to creating healthy living spaces using biological building techniques George Swanson’s approach to heating and cooling is deeply rooted in ancient techniques, which he has adapted to modern building standards. He emphasizes the importance of radiant heat and cool, which are achieved through non-toxic materials and intelligent design. Swanson explains that traditional air conditioning and heating systems often not only work against our body’s natural thermal dynamics, leading to health issues but they are much more expensive in terms of long term costs. One of the key concepts George teaches us is the importance of thermal mass, which refers to a material’s ability to store and distribute heat or cool over time. Traditional materials like straw, clay, and rammed earth have been used for centuries to create buildings that naturally regulate temperature, providing comfort and stability without relying on harmful chemicals or inefficient systems. Standards are very important for the establishment of trust, and yet, in the building industry, the R-value, a term used to measure a material’s resistance to heat flow is not really what it appears. George explains that the R-value of conventional insulation materials like fiberglass is often exaggerated, especially under real-world conditions where moisture is present. Moisture can significantly reduce the effectiveness of these materials, leading to mold growth and poor indoor air quality. George Swanson advocates for only using natural “breathing” non-toxic materials and avoiding using the moisture trapping synthetic toxic materials commonly used in modern construction. He also shares what practical options that are available today. For homeowners looking to improve their indoor environment, George offers several practical solutions. For those of you who are very concerned about “Climate Change”, Kim asks George about a highly censored Solar Cycle called The Grand Solar Minimum and how would he suggest people build to successfully be able to live during this cycle. By embracing these ancient yet highly effective building techniques, homeowners can create living spaces that are not only more comfortable and efficient but also significantly healthier. Swanson and Associates provides invaluable insights that offer a blueprint for transforming our approach to heating and cooling, leading to a future where our homes support our well-being and are designed to harmonize with the natural environment.
