Postpartum depression is more common, affecting about one in eight people who give birth. Postpartum psychosis affects roughly one to two per 1,000 births. Depression can mean persistent sadness, anxiety, and exhaustion. Psychosis can involve hallucinations, delusions, and disorganized behavior, and it can be intermittent, hidden behind long lucid periods. The Lindsay Clancy Case: Everything That Led to the 11-1 Mistrial & Everyone's Reaction

A jury room is supposed to be where a case finally comes together. Instead, it can become a pressure cooker: strangers locked in a cramped space, arguing over evidence, sending desperate notes to the judge, and trying to reach a decision that could change someone’s life forever. That pressure is at the center of the Lindsay Clancy trial. After hearing the evidence, the jury reportedly remained deadlocked 11–1, leading to a mistrial and leaving the public with more questions than answers. What evidence divided the room so completely? What made one juror refuse to budge? And what happens if the case goes to trial again? But the conversation did not stay inside the courthouse.
