Be nice to each other ,

Start with Episode 2 & 3

What I like is that is podcast offers a new outlook entirely — starting with episode 2 & 3 is a must! From a new angle, we are presented with practical ways to approach & navigate our Hunter Type lives.
The work is so well researched and eye opening in so many ways. I found myself relating to every single topic, tendency, and insight provided. Reason why is, both hosts have lived it! They aren’t just talking about it. They know what we are going through.

Thankful

I’m so thankful I stumbled upon this podcast. I didn’t realize what it was that contributed to features of myself that are reactively frustrating. With this podcast I’ve learned so much about the neuro chemistry to some of my qualities, strategies to make me feel more in control, and grace to acknowledge the process.

I’m a new mom and transitioned to not working full time which has been hard since work frames my routine. Before finding this podcast, I’d go from meltdown to meltdown in a struggle with understanding how to navigate my new role and change in structure.

I am so grateful for what I’ve taken from this podcast and will definitely get the book soon as well. (Maybe after we tackle sleep training with the babies and I’m not so tired 😆).

Blessed to have found you! ,

You’ve changed my life today!

After recently being diagnosed this past January at the age of 55 with ADHD,It did bring me many unanswered questions that I’ve had throughout the years that no one could answer nor would.I have struggled for so many years.Early in February we had to go to Chicago to work on a rehab in which we purchased a house up there to rehab and flip.
A super long story short of how I got to this moment is last night I remembered a woman whom I’ve always admired for about six years. After feeling pretty low last night and struggling too, in my mind throughout the night I decided this morning to go find her on YouTube -I went on YouTube to see her and then I noticed that she was diagnosed with ADD a few years back.I listened to her,And wrote down some tips that she had and some points so I decided to Google it and this is how I found you. I have listened to you 3 times on just the first episode today, and each time I get new info. You are incredibly outstanding and I am so blessed to have found you.I have struggled with doctors & specialists and find myself declining instead of getting better. I believe I have found “my people“ and I’m looking forward to listening to all the pod casts and getting more knowledge and teachings from you. God Bless YOU BOTH! 🙏🏻💕😘
