The beginning of something lifechanging

I have ADHD, and as I type this, I'm literally only halfway through my first episode from this show, and I had to pause to write this. THIS PODCAST IS LIFECHANGING. I am in the middle of my biggest burnout and feeling overwhelmed with daunt, and the wisdom and encouragement I’ve received in the last 35 minutes has totally wrecked me in the best way. I’m recognizing that while I’m super empathetic and understanding towards basically every human I meet, I don’t practice self-empathy. And that’s where I want to start this year - but now equipped with a new perspective and tools to experiment with thanks to this podcast! I can’t wait to dive in deeper!

Good podcast, eye opening.

Late diagnosis. Not understanding why my mind could not focus and I was involved in countless projects at once. I was actually saddened and hurt to see people being able to achieve. I could have been super wealthy many times over... but it’s not too late . I want to be a mentor or mentee to a ADHD support group since coaching is not available. Please contact
