I’m so glad I found this podcast. The first episode I heard was “Parenting while triggered,” and WOW. I furiously took notes. Such a great parenting, mental and physical health, and overall well-being podcast.

Life changing

A friend recommended this podcast after several conversations where I expressed my desire to be free of obsession over my weight and food. The discussions were exactly what I had been looking for and completely revolutionary in helping change my mindset on this issue. I am so thankful for these amazing ladies and the insights they bring about the damage our diet culture is on all of us! I am not only changing how I view myself and others, my weight & food, but I’m learning how to address these issues with my 3 girls so that they don’t have to spend 20 years yo yo dieting and feeling bad about themselves like I did. Obesity

Loved the Obesity Episode. I enjoyed the guest and appreciated the information shared. I have lost 60 lbs of fat in the last 2 years by just eating less and now have been starting to add muscle by resistance training, so really appreciated it.
