Calm Your Crazy

Keana Lambert

I believe that we listen to sources outside of ourselves and give our power away, which makes navigating this journey far more challenging than it needs to be. In this podcast I discuss everything that has to do with life and how we come here to experience being human. I connect science and consciousness in a way that is easy to understand, so that we can learn how to feel our own power to shift our reality to one that we want to live. I named it sarcastically because for those of us who have awakened and dared to speak out, we have been labled. I wear it as a badge of honor.

Podcast Episode 50 - Questions About the Simulation, Answered

This week I’m answering some of the questions you’ve been leaving for me about consciousness, the simulation, dimensions, reincarnation, collective consciousness, astral projection, human evolution, and why we forget who we are in the first place. We talk about whether the Anunnaki are simply another part of the simulation, how humans can evolve through different dimensions and expressions of consciousness, and what actually causes the simulation itself to change. And the answer to that one is experience. As we experience life, we change. As we change individually, we change the collective consciousness we are all part of. That is how patterns evolve. It’s also why so much of what we are seeing in the world right now looks like old systems, old patterns, separation, pain, and lack of empathy being pushed right in front of us. We have to see the pattern before we can choose something different. The same thing is happening inside you. What pattern are you repeating? What are you finally ready to stop recreating? Because when you choose differently within yourself, you are changing the larger pattern too. We also get into why humans forget where we came from. Because if you remembered that you were consciousness, that you were everything, everywhere, all at once, and that you were limitless… how would you actually have a human experience? You need the limitation to experience becoming limitless again. Then we move into reincarnation, why there cannot really be a line of souls “waiting” to reincarnate when time itself is part of the human experience, and why every possibility existing does not mean every possibility has already been experienced. Potential is not the same thing as experience. And, because this is Calm Your Crazy, somebody asks me about astral projecting with an ex, which leads us directly into astral coitus. I don’t make the rules. Actually, there aren’t any rules. That’s kind of the point. There is so much more available for you to experience than what you can currently see. You are consciousness having a human experience, and you are still discovering what that actually means. Your imagination, belief, expectation, perception, and choices matter. There is so much more. Love you, mean it. —Keana

Podcast Episode 49 - So You Leveled Up, Shifted Your reality- Now What?

What happens after you finally shift your reality… and suddenly find yourself facing the same fears, nervous system reactions, limiting beliefs, and old wounds you thought you already worked through? You didn’t go backward. You leveled up.In this episode of Calm Your Crazy, I’m talking about what happens when you actually get what you wanted—and then realize that growth doesn’t stop there. A new reality comes with a new level of expansion, and sometimes that means returning to the very tools that helped you get here in the first place.I share what this is looking like in my own life as I challenge old beliefs around money, marketing, energy exchange, service, trust, and what it means to build something from a completely different paradigm. I’m experimenting with what happens when I stop creating from scarcity and start creating from trust, reciprocity, resonance, and the belief that energy will find its balance. We also get into nervous system hijacking, self-trust, rumination, staying inside your body, returning to your tools, moving with the natural waves of your energy, and learning to experience fear and old emotional wounds as information rather than instructions.Because the goal isn’t to reach some magical level where nothing challenges you again. The goal is to become someone who knows how to meet the next wave without abandoning yourself. You’ve already shown yourself that you can shift your reality. Now the work becomes learning how to live there, expand from there, and trust yourself enough to see what you’re capable of creating next.

Leaning into Self-Trust When Shifting Realities

Leaning into Self-Trust When Shifting Realities In this episode of Calm Your Crazy, I’m talking about one of the most important parts of consciously creating a new reality: learning to trust myself enough to stop trying to control every step of how I get there. When I decide that I want something—whether it’s a new life, healing, success, abundance, or a bigger purpose—I’m making that decision from who I am right now. But I’m not going to be the same person by the time I reach it. The journey itself changes me. I’m going to encounter resistance, fear, old wounds, unexpected experiences, new people, and things that simply aren’t meant to come with me. That friction doesn’t necessarily mean I’m going the wrong way. Sometimes, the friction is the training. I compare it to painting with oils. I may begin with a clear picture in my mind, but because the painting develops in layers—and I change between those layers—the finished piece never looks exactly like what I originally imagined. It takes on a life of its own. Creating my reality works the same way. I can choose the direction without knowing exactly what the finished picture will look like. And that requires self-trust. When fear comes up, my instinct can be to grab for control. I start analyzing, predicting, catastrophizing, and imagining every possible outcome. But the more possibilities I try to control, the more overwhelmed I become. Instead of moving, I freeze. My analogy for this is Michael Jordan standing on the court holding the basketball. He already knows how to play. He already knows where the basket is. But imagine if, right before every shot, he started questioning everything—Are my feet right? What if I miss? Is this the right angle? Am I standing in exactly the right place? Eventually, he has to shoot the ball. That’s surrender. I have to trust myself enough to release the ball, knowing I may miss sometimes. Missing a shot doesn’t mean I’m no longer the player. I get the ball back, take another shot, and keep playing. I also talk about learning to interrupt the mental loops that keep me frozen. Sometimes my response to a thought is simply: No. We’re not doing that. I don’t have to give my energy to every possibility my mind produces. I can acknowledge fear without allowing it to determine where I’m going. Self-trust is built through that relationship with myself—through action, self-forgiveness, curiosity, self-love, and repeatedly showing myself that I will continue moving forward. I don’t need to figure out my entire life today. I need to ask: How am I showing up for myself today? Am I moving my body? Am I allowing myself to feel? Am I being kind? Am I getting curious about my triggers instead of judging myself for having them? Am I doing something, however small, toward the reality I chose? I use rafting as another example. If nobody paddles, the boat gets pushed around by the current—into rocks, eddies, and whatever else happens to be in its path. But once everyone starts paddling, we have direction. My job is to paddle. And finally, I share some of the experiences that taught me what happens when I keep going through fear: hiking to the top of a mountain, climbing impossibly high into a tree as a child, and snowboarding the Continental Divide. In each experience there was a moment when fear and difficulty could have stopped me—and something incredible was waiting on the other side: completion, exhilaration, awe, and another piece of evidence that I could trust myself. That’s what I want to remember when shifting realities. Choose the reality. Paddle the boat. Shoot the ball. Let go of needing to know exactly how everything will happen. I can meet the next thing when it arrives. And then I can meet the thing after that. The goal isn’t to eliminate every fear before I move. It’s to trust myself enough to keep moving while I’m becoming the person who can live the reality I chose.
