Dear Black Man,

You good? Just checking because we know how it is out here!! We got bills to pay, relationships to maintain, and a hell of a lot more on our plates. And all while living in a country that doesn’t even want us here. We all could use a break, some grace, and true community.

Speaking of, we’re a diverse group of Black men who get together to connect, support each other, and have candid conversations about being a Black man (in America). We talk about the good, the bad and the ugly but it’s always love.

Check out an episode, because we all could use some real talk, and it’s definitely a vibe. This is our love letter to Black men. We see you. We hear you. We love you. We are you.

Mental Health 4 Everyone! ,

Well produced, helpful content

I found the content helpful, even as a white guy. Black men don’t have an exclusive on repressed feelings or weird father-son relationships. :-) But Black men have faced decades of discrimination in the health system and other barriers to using professional mental health services. So I’m glad to hear Black men trying to help other Black men get through it all, and support the effort any way I can. The world will be a better place when we’re all well-connected to our own feelings, empathetic to others, and have the tools to productively process life in all of its messy glory.

About time

I can tell this is the start of what every Black man can benefit from. I look forward to future episodes.

Racism is alive

And it’s proven by this podcast. Keep segregating yourself, that is really what will lead to a more unified society. Hate in disguise.
