Jon explained how bad McDonald's is, yet allows his kids to eat there and called it a treat. Then there's a dunkin donuts promo during the show. Cognitive dissonace. I've always enjoyed eat this, not that articles but I don't think I'll give this show another spin. Tell the truth. Don't ever eat mcdoodoo or dunkin do not. I thought this show encouragedl listeners to eat clean, not unhealthy. But thanks for reminiding me about restaurants ice makers.

Stopped listening as soon as you mentioned the EWG Dirty Dozen and Clean 15 lists. Those lists are pure fear-mongering and not backed by scientific evidence. EWG is funded by the organic food industry and they are complete biased. You should know better than to spread such false info and have people unnecessarily fear foods. Unsubscribing!

I have just recently binged everyone of your episodes. I am really enjoying this podcast. I have always struggled with my weight and like many have misguidedly tried to “diet“, and not adopt healthy lifestyle changes. Being a physician, I don’t tolerate mythology, inflated claims, or folks that have a vested commercial interest in the information they provide. The information provided is practical, doable, and in great part evidence-based. Controversial diet programs are discussed, but not endorsed or promoted. These two have a relaxed presentation style and a natural chemistry. Thank you so much for what you do. Keep the info coming. You’re helping me in my battle against obesity!

I only listened to one episode and quickly unsubscribed. Please do not listen to these people re: conventional vs. organic as they are spreading misinformation. Consult an educated dietician. Anyone who cites the Environmental Working Group (a for-profit activist group) as a source is not reputable.
