Customer Reviews
Wow!
I’ve been following you on IG for a while now but just started listening to your podcast. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I’m so eager to share your podcast with friends and family
Review of Episode #93
Hi Erika,
I just listened to your podcast of How To Get Mentally Strong As An Adult. Even through I just turned 68 a few days ago, this was a podcast I needed to hear as I am going through a tough time in this season in my life. Amy reiterated that fact that just because you’re thinking negative thoughts it probably isn’t true, and to challenge those thoughts, which can be hard to do. I was taking notes in my journal while listening and plan on listening to it over again to get the full benefit of her advice. Thanks for having her on your show.
Really enjoy learning from Erika!
I just started listening to this outstanding podcast. The topics are interesting and relevant, the guests are highly qualified in their fields and Erika’s questions really bring out so much information from the guests. I rarely take notes while listening to a podcast (I subscribe to about 17), but I find myself writing very often while listening to this one. Highly recommend!
