266 | 3 Mistakes Spiritual Women Entrepreneurs Make When Growing a Business

What if some of the things you’ve been avoiding in business are actually the things that could help you grow? Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of spiritual women entrepreneurs, and I’ve watched the same few patterns surface again and again. They often look sensible, even wise, on the surface. But underneath, they can make bringing your soul’s work into the world much harder than it needs to be. Together, we’ll explore: The business number I wish more women understood, and why getting it “right” may not mean what you think.A distinction around ambition that changed the way I think about sustainable success. Why investing in support is only the beginning, and what determines how much you actually receive from it.The pattern I see among highly trained women who readily invest in their expertise, but hesitate somewhere else. What professional athletes understand about sustainable performance that entrepreneurs can learn from. One simple practice I use to get far more value from the coaching rooms I invest in. These three mistakes may seem unrelated at first. But by the end of the episode, I think you’ll see how closely they’re connected, and why shifting even one of them can change your relationship with your business. If you want your business to become a greater source of freedom, stability, and support in your life, while giving your deepest work a structure through which it can thrive, this episode will give you a few things to consider. Together, we talk about: Why more information and certifications weren't what they needed. The unexpected identity shifts that happened before the business breakthroughs. How working with your inner parts changes the way you market, sell, and lead. The relationship between spirituality, entrepreneurship, and sustainable growth.Using AI as a tool without losing your own inner wisdom. Why building a business from the inside out creates more ease, clarity, and momentum. 263 | Are You In Love With Your Business?

This episode is part of my Business From Within Summer Series—a curated collection of foundational conversations exploring a more feminine way of building a business rooted in inner authority, spiritual practice, and sustainable success. Most women don't start a business because they want another job. They start because they long for freedom, purpose, creativity, and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference. But somewhere along the way, it's easy to lose the very relationship that inspired us to begin. In this episode, I invite you to ask a simple but transformative question: Are you in love with your business? Together, we'll explore what it means to build and lead from a place of devotion rather than obligation, why business can become one of your greatest spiritual teachers, and how a more feminine way of working can transform not only the success you create, but the experience of creating it. Because the most fulfilling businesses aren't simply profitable. They're relationships that invite you to become more fully yourself. RESOURCES MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE: You've invested in healing. This episode is part of my Business From Within Summer Series—a curated collection of foundational conversations exploring a more feminine way of building a business rooted in inner authority, spiritual practice, and sustainable success. What if success didn't require you to override your intuition, push through exhaustion, or leave parts of yourself behind? For generations, women have been taught to build businesses according to values that prize productivity, speed, and constant growth above all else. But as more of us awaken to a different way of leading, we're being invited to redefine what sustainable success can look and feel like. In this episode, I share five ways to bring the wisdom of the Divine Feminine into your business—from creating spaces of beauty and practicing deep listening to honoring your natural rhythms, embracing rest, and leading with greater compassion and inclusivity. 261 | Why Building a Business Is a Spiritual Path

This episode is part of my Business From Within Summer Series—a curated collection of foundational conversations exploring a more feminine way of building a business rooted in inner authority, spiritual practice, and sustainable success. What if your business wasn't a distraction from your spiritual path—but one of the most powerful places to practice it? In this conversation, we dive into the emerging archetype of the spiritual entrepreneur and why building a business asks us to cultivate the very qualities that help us grow as human beings: presence, courage, discernment, trust, and deep inner listening. Along the way, I share the practices, teachers, and experiences that have shaped my own path: from embodiment and Internal Family Systems to redefining success, money, and what it really means to lead from within. Because entrepreneurship isn't simply a way to earn a living. At its best, it's a path of becoming, one that invites you to build a business that reflects who you truly are. 260 | Make Your Business Your Rich Husband

For generations, women were handed a story: marry well. Find someone who could provide the security, the stability, the freedom. Someone whose presence meant you could finally rest and feel safe. I understand that wish more than I'd like to admit. Several years ago, after a season of profound loss and rebuilding, I realized I never wanted to create a business that depended on me showing up every single day, no matter what was happening in my life. I wanted to build something that could hold and support me financially through all of life's seasons—just as much as I hoped a loving partner would. In this episode, I introduce the idea of "business husbanding": creating the systems, recurring revenue, and structure that allow your business to become a generous partner rather than a demanding one. I share how this shift transformed my own life and business, the question I now ask every woman I mentor, and why building a business that supports you isn't about becoming more productive—it's about creating true freedom, stability, and sovereignty. Because the greatest gift your business can offer isn't just an income. It's becoming a relationship that allows you to rest, trust, and know that you've built something capable of holding you through every season of your life. RESOURCES MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE: You've invested in healing. You've grown your business. Your work changes lives. So why doesn't your income consistently reflect the depth of what you offer? 259 | Why You Haven't Been Able to Simplify Your Business

The Real Reason Your Business Keeps Getting More Complicated (and Why Simplifying Isn't Where You Start) Most women I work with don't actually want a bigger business. They want a business that feels lighter, more spacious, and gives them the freedom they imagined when they first became entrepreneurs. And yet somewhere along the way, their business became more complicated instead of more life-giving: more offers, more audiences, more things to maintain. In this episode, I'm sharing why I no longer believe complexity is the real problem. I think it's a symptom. Through the story of packing for a month on the Portuguese coast, the mistakes I made in my first business, and the journeys of two remarkable women I’m mentoring, I'll show you why simplicity isn't something you create by cutting things away. It's something that naturally emerges when you're clear about the life you're building toward. Because simplifying your business isn't really about having less. It's about finally learning how to build from the inside out. RESOURCES MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE: You've invested in healing. You've grown your business. Your work changes lives.
