Very helpful podcast in all aspects. His voice is very soothing and I like his accent. It is very nice to listen to while I’m driving and at work. He has very valid points and it has helped me become a better person in all areas. The ideas put forth are extremely helpful and useful and I would recommend this podcast to anyone who is trying to improve and better themselves. I really enjoy all the different episodes and I find them very helpful for my everyday life. It has already helped me so much. The host is very educated and has great credentials. I recommend this podcast to any and every one. 10/10.

Really glad I found this podcast!
I love how he breaks down each episode to focus on all aspects of a specific issue. His episodes are not too long, easy to digest. Plus, he has a good sense of humor so his episodes are never dull. Highly recommend to anyone! (Especially now that we’re all going through something during this pandemic)
