This can be entertaining. But keep in mind it’s an infomercial for the real estate industry. The “expert” that comes on is a complete hack and shill for the industry. “Home price growth is slowing down and people should jump for joy.” Anyone who points out fundamental flaws in the housing market is a “doomer.” That said, i am shocked they aren’t supportive of 50 year mortgages. They do love ARMs of course. If you’re a lender or agent, listen to sources other than this if you want a real education, and don’t want to regurgitate lies to your clients.

Serious people know this is the blind leading the blind and he constantly tries to rationalize the irrational actions taken by this administration and he’s been wrong at every turn.
