Wonderful for Pregnancy and Postpartum
I listened to this podcast to help me sleep, manage anxiety, and maintain a positive attitude leading up to the birth of my son about a month ago. I’ve now been listening to some of the episodes geared towards postpartum mamas and have loved them! Breath of fresh air

Amazing!
I am currently in my second trimester and I listen to one of the Meditation Mama’s guided meditations every night before I go to sleep. It helps me calm my mind and body, connect with my baby-the beautiful life form growing inside of my, and express gratitude for my body and all of the amazing things it is capable of doing to bring a child into to the world. Sometimes I’ll listen to it multiple times throughout the day especially if it is a hard day or if I am taking a bath. It helps center me, and reminds me to stay present because this short time will soon pass. Thank you Kelly for creating this resource for mamas like me!
