This is exactly what I’ve needed
I absolutely love this podcast!! Dr Lepara has helped me SO MUCH in understanding what is going on within myself and Jenna - I 100% relate to you! I’m the underachiever, the way you explain things, along with Dr Lepara, helps me SO MUCH! I’ve had so many lightbulb moments and I’m excited because now I know there’s something I can do to change my life. I will never be able to thank you enough for sharing this information!
Loved the book didn’t love the podcast
Someone please tell Jenna to slow down. She talks so fast and instantly ramps up the intensity of what she is saying so that it becomes almost intolerable to listen to. Most of the time I start an episode with high hopes but end up frustrated and turn it off within a few minutes.
I’m appreciate what Dr. La Pera is offering but I think it would be best if she handled the podcast on her own.
Healing is a journey
There are lots of ups and downs in the healing journey and having this podcast to easily ingest positive messaging and refrain negative thought patterns is extremely helpful. Thank you for your vulnerability.
