I love this podcast! Elizabeth is humble, down to earth, and genuinely seeks to spread truth and wisdom. I respect her so much for having the hard, controversial conversations even when it means she might get some backlash. I’m sad that those who left negative reviews are blinded by political sentiments and will miss out on the value here :( I have learned so much that has benefited me in my marriage and with my own chronic health challenges. Truly life changing on so many levels. Thank you thank you!

Misinformation Overshadows the Good

I used to really like this podcast, but the episode on RFK/MAHA completely changed my perspective on Elizabeth. I’ve followed her since she started SATC, and it’s disappointing how one episode can shift everything. Now, all I see is someone using their platform to spread misinformation about specific vaccines, raw milk, and other topics that have been debunked time and again by extensive clinical research. I would be so sad if someone’s baby died of whooping cough because they heard in this podcast that MMR is not a “mandatory vaccine, and babies don’t need to get them all”. I loved when she focused on mental health—her solo episode about going back on SSRIs was especially powerful—but this kind of pseudoscience has no place in the conversation and I just had to unfollow…
Amazing

This podcast has changed my life. As a wellness addict and one who has struggled with chronic pain, this is a great, entertaining, and highly informative podcast. The host is a new expander of mine and great model for wellness!
The most unqualified

The host of this podcast is dangerous - she basically has diagnosed herself with every issue under the sun, has seriously questionable ideas around vaccines, and is spreading total misinformation to her audience. Some people really think they can review Pilates studios and then somehow become an MD. I’m an open minded person and used to follow her account. I’m really disappointed, thought she could do better. Stick to your facial and massage reviews! Stop trying to convince the rest of us that we have parasites. You are the parasite.
Uniformed & Superficial Host

Odd podcast. The host is an uninformed, superficial influencer who alternates between spreading pseudo-sci health claims and obsessing over wealth and material things.
