Dr. Nicola Nice is back on the show to talk about what she’s been up to with her gin and her ongoing fight to give women the primacy they deserve in the pantheon of cocktail history. The ongoing battle to right the wrongs of people who wrote it wrong continues this summer at a seminar in New Orleans that Greg and Sother can’t wait for. Plus, tiny bars in the Pacific Northwest - turns out they’re just like tiny bars here.

I love this show

It’s so fun to hear bartenders I’ve been a fan of chat. Haven’t tried the mountain Suze yet— weirdly, I can’t find Mountain Dew easily here in boston either?? And I just didn’t try as hard— but I did end up dusting off the Suze bottle at the back of my shelf & remembering how good it is on its own! Honestly this podcast gives me way too many ideas about what to try. #I❤️SE
