Mose | Remember Who You Are Podcast

In this episode of the Remember Who You Are Podcast, I sit down with someone very special to me, my dear brother, artist, musician and producer Mose. Mose has pioneered a sound that weaves Indigenous music and voices from cultures around the world with hi-fi, dance-worthy electronic production, bringing thousands of people together through music, movement, ceremony and connection. Our relationship is deeply personal too. I was the first live singer Mose took on tour, and the years we spent creating together have profoundly shaped me, both as an artist and as a man. In this conversation, we go behind the artist and meet the man underneath the music. We explore Mose’s journey from excelling within the traditional education system to realising that his greatest rewards came when he stopped following the prescribed path and started following what genuinely interested him. We talk about the birth of his sound, the meaning of medicine music, learning to read the energy of a dance floor, creating without a setlist, trusting what wants to emerge in the moment and why making mistakes can actually create space for something far more magical. We also dive into the rapidly changing world of music and creativity, AI, technology, the future of the music industry and why authenticity may become more valuable than ever. Sometimes the magic comes from listening, trusting, trying something, getting it wrong, adjusting and allowing life to show us the next note. 🎧 Remember Who You Are with Franko Heke If this conversation resonates, please subscribe, leave a comment with your biggest takeaway and share the episode with someone who loves music, creativity and following their own path 💙 🌿 And although Mose will be celebrating his wedding in Brazil this year, we also talk about the incredible experience we shared at LUMINARIES and why he describes it as one of the best venues he’s experienced for a gathering of its size. Amy Willerton | Remember Who You Are Podcast

From Miss Universe Great Britain and British television celebrity to musician, intuitive dancer, mother and wellness practitioner, Amy Willerton’s journey has been one of continually shedding old versions of herself and discovering what lies underneath. In this episode of the Remember Who You Are Podcast, I sit down with my dear friend Amy for a beautifully open conversation about fame, identity, finding your voice, embodiment, motherhood, money, spirituality and the courage it takes to completely reinvent yourself. She opens up about achieving so many of the things she thought she wanted, only to discover that success without a deeper sense of purpose could feel incredibly empty. We talk about the pressure she felt to capitalise on fame, the choices she made for money that no longer feel aligned with who she is today, and the journey of learning to trust herself again. In this episode:• Amy's journey from pageants and Miss Universe Great Britain to television and life in Los Angeles • What becoming famous at 21 actually felt like • Feeling "owned" by the public and losing herself inside an identity • Money, success and the difference between achievement and fulfilment • Finding integrity after years of external expectations • Her non-verbal brother's profound influence on the way she understands movement and expression • Discovering intuitive dance and embodiment • Finding her singing voice through grief, screaming and emotional release • Why creativity doesn't need to be perfect or polished • Moving from performance into authentic expression • Reclaiming our energy, time, mana and personal power • Motherhood and changing the stories we pass down to our children • Moving from a survival mentality into trust • Spirituality, personal responsibility and becoming the creator of your own life • Why community and collaboration are essential for what comes next Experience Amy at LUMINARIES 🌿Amy Willerton will be joining us at the LUMINARIES Summit in Croatia from 21–27 September 2026, where she'll be sharing a workshop born directly from her own journey of bringing the different parts of her life back into coherence. In this episode of the Remember Who You Are Podcast, I sit down with internationally renowned relationship expert and transformational teacher Stefanos Sifandos for one of the most honest conversations I've had. Together, we explore why truth is the foundation of every meaningful relationship, why so many of us struggle to feel safe enough to be ourselves, and how healing begins when we stop trying to control life and start becoming curious about it. We speak openly about fatherhood, emotional resilience, safe spaces, grief, masculinity, nervous system regulation, gratitude and what it truly means to grow into the person you were always meant to be. This isn't just a conversation about relationships. It's a conversation about becoming more human. In this episode we explore:• Why awareness alone isn't enough to create real transformation • The relationship between emotional safety and living your truth • Healthy masculinity, vulnerability and strength • Why difficult conversations are essential for growth • How to navigate grief, change and the loss that often accompanies transformation • The power of curiosity over certainty • Why slowing down changes everything • Gratitude, presence and the wisdom hidden in everyday moments • Creating safe spaces where people can truly be themselves • What Stefanos will be bringing to the Luminaries Summit One of my favourite moments from this conversation was Stefanos' reminder that transformation always asks something of us.
