Mindset Reset

After reaching my fitness goals after 3 years of hard grueling work I felt amazing and so proud until…. I fell off track and stopped tracking my macros. I ate like trash, gained 30 lbs and lost all positive self image.
I love listening to the podcast as I’m getting my evening walk in or working on mobility at the gym and it’s building that strong mindset to help get me back on track and obtain and beat my fitness goals.
