I can not stress enough how amazing this podcast is, Kelly has the most soothing voice which really helps guide you peacefully through your practice. I strongly dedicate this podcast for everyone, whether that is that you are suffering from any kind of mental stability or you’re just trying to get in better touch with yourself. These guided meditations have helped me along my wellness journey. Kelly’s voice can instantly calm me down. I never thought meditation was helpful but I’ve been listening very consistently and it’s almost created new pathways in my mind. I have my 11 year old listening to her before bed to help relax her.
