Nirvana sisters is a breath of fresh air!

Listening to Amy and Katie makes you feel like you are having a night out with girlfriends that is filled with helpful information, laughter, and a warm hug. Their information and content is incredibly refreshing and interesting, it is so helpful to hear from educated, strong, and empowered guests that have so much helpful knowledge and resources to allow you to improve your life- your health, well being, and happiness.
