I send the link to this podcast to everyone I know. I have personally attended The Basic, Life Success Course, and Woman’s Leadership and I use these tools on a moment by moment basis, in every area of my life. It’s outstanding work. I send everyone I know to these courses as well.

As a graduate of the basic and life success course this a great refresher of the concepts and practices. I listen to it in the car and in the shower! Been listening to at least 1 a week. This a great tool that should be utilized on repeat!

I LOVE this podcast! I get so much out of these calls, the topics are pertinent. I especially love the Q&A towards the end of each call. I literally listen to these calls over and over again. Very relevant to my life! Thank you!!

So happy to have come across this podcast, particularly the ‘Dealing with Difficult Ppl’ podcast. Dealing with difficult people takes practice; this podcast hits the major points. Great job overall! If I could offer 2 suggestions for the speaker: 1. Keep in mind the number of times you repeat the word “again” ; it’s like saying ‘um’, perhaps a pause would be best since you are throwing a ton of useful info at us (which is great). 2. replace the repetitive “ these ppl” with the type of person you’re referring to (controller, analyst, etc) bc it’s hard to understand which type you’re referring to at times.
