Conde Law ,

Best podcast for bone health!

A few years ago I was diagnosed with a parathyroid issue that took over four years to diagnose. Because of that my bones were compromised and I now have osteoporosis and osteopenia. I have listened to most of Debi's podcasts and I love them all. I am grateful for these, because now I know I can get my bones stronger without medication. I also love that she interviews doctors that support this.

Debi is amazing !

I just listed to this Podcast from Debi and she always impresses me! I learn so much from her podcasts. My body feels so much better taking her classes!! Thank you Debi you are a blessing!

I was duped - don’t do it ,

Stronger Bones Lifestyle

After getting my diagnosis, I was freaked out. Other podcasts and other programs but finding Debi and her program and this podcast has changed my life. The only thing my doctors wanted to do for me was put me on medication. I am confident for taking this step before that one is what is going to heal me. I have met women whose bones are breaking and have no idea what is happening with their bodies. Of course I tell them about the podcast! I feel so confident and good about taking care of myself and it’s all because of Debi. Thank you, thank you thank you.
