Not a day goes by that I’m not grateful for this extraordinary podcast. Each episode leaves me enlightened and inspired to level up during my showers, workouts, and housework. This straight-talking super coach provides endless time-tested, tactical tips on everything from nutrition to time management. While his YouTube, Ig, and books are also fantastic, I love that I can listen to his podcast while doing other things.
