I had a blast interviewing with her for Ep 322 and tapping with her afterwards :) I love how all of the episodes seem to speak to my mid 40s life, body, and challenges and answer my health questions before I even think to ask them!

Great info for ppl who want to be active and athletic for life. Krause shares a wide variety of health practices that help build resilience, both physical and emotional. She consistently emphasizes empowerment, because really it is YOU who’s in charge of your health. Awareness and personal choice are therefore key. A generous interviewer, she lets each guest shine, sharing a lot of info in their own unique voice. She listens to each person earnestly, always supporting, never interrupting.
