Creative and Nurturing

As a dietetics student and someone who has struggled with food peace, I look forward to each episode! The letters to/from food are so creative and offer a new perspective. Julie has such a nurturing tone that inspires me in my food peace journey as well as sets an example for a future in dietetics.

Being someone that’s struggled with an eating disorder for the past 5 years, I appreciate this is out there. I really do. But for whatever reason, I just can’t get into it. I feel like it’s the layout?
