Anti-Diet Culture

I stumbled upon this podcast which discusses going against the grain of conventional medicine and food, which has been a strong value of mine as a health coach. There are great tips for people living with various chronic conditions and their relationship to food. As an educator to people living with pre diabetes it is so important that I find valuable information of real-life experiences with food restriction and diabetes and how to overcome that and find peace with food.

Thank you for the great listens!
