    Busy vs. Productive: Why Your Calendar Is Full But Your Bank Account Isn't

There's a name for what you're doing: Glorified Procrastination: action that feels responsible but avoids the uncomfortable work that actually yields results.  In this episode, Brad breaks down why your brain reroutes you toward "safe work," the difference between achievement theater and results-creating behavior, and why the breakthrough you're looking for is hiding in the thing you're avoiding most. If you're tired of being busy without being effective, this episode will show you exactly what needs to change. KEY INSIGHTS:  Most people mistake movement for progress. They're busy all day doing things that feel productive but produce zero results.Glorified procrastination is action that feels responsible but avoids discomfort, rejection, or risk.Your brain isn't self-sabotaging. It's self-preserving. When a goal requires discomfort, your brain reroutes you toward safe work.Achievement theater looks impressive but produces no results.
