    Life Navigation Framework: Success GPS

    When Discipline Destroys You

    High achievers wear their grind like a badge of honor. Nobody questions whether the thing they're calling discipline is actually tearing them apart. In this episode, Brad draws a clear line between real discipline and self-punishment in disguise. He breaks down the three most common patterns high achievers mistake for discipline, explains why fear-based motivation always burns out, and makes the case that celebration isn't a weakness… it's actually a performance tool.     The Hidden Cost of Deflecting Compliments

    High achievers talk about imposter syndrome. Nobody talks about the habit of actively refusing to let good things in.
