    Why does it seem like sometimes we are able to control our impulses when it comes to food and managing our weight--and sometimes we just CAN'T.

It seems like we are possessed by this other part of us that just doesn't care about our health or our weight.

Rewire your brain for lasting weight loss

I have been following Rita for a while and her content is so helpful for me. As a yo-yo dieter I knew there was something more than the food I ate that was an obstacle for me.

Rita is masterful at raising awareness or our inner thoughts and subconscious ideas that often lead to self- sabotage. As I have been more aware of these thoughts I have learned how to manage them and quiet them.

Listening to this podcast will help you get in touch with your brain and harness the power of your subconscious mind to get the lasting transformation you desire.

Sticking with This

I found Rita Black on the Beach Body app. I love this idea of hacking the unconscious mind. I bought her book and have been practicing her techniques for becoming a weight loss master. I find this to be a great tool in my toolbox. I am much more positive in my attitude towards weight loss in general.
