Fantastic find

I stumbled on this fantastic podcast while listening to Doc outside the box podcast. Dr Key has fantastic advice that is realistic, actionable and straightforward. I love her emphasis on harnessing the power of mindfully approaching your thoughts around food to make better choices. So glad she does this!!!

This is a great podcast! It has helped me become more consistent with the changes I want to make in my life. I liked it so much I am now working with Siobhan for private coaching. I find that she has excellent suggestions for changing how I think about the things in my life that have driven my inconsistency and overeating.
