Emilie Kiser EXCLUSIVE: The Loss That Changed Her Forever

Emilie Kiser sits down with Jay for her first in depth conversation about the loss of her son, Trigg, and what life has looked like in the months after. Emilie speaks candidly about grief, guilt, marriage, motherhood, and the pressure of navigating tragedy while also  living publicly online. Instead of trying to offer perfect answers, this episode focuses on the reality of surviving something life-altering one moment at a time. The conversation also shines a light on the importance of pool safety, prevention, and the measures that can help protect families from unimaginable loss. Emilie opens up about therapy, boundaries, support systems, and the reality that grief doesn’t disappear, it becomes something you learn to carry. It’s a deeply honest conversation about love, accountability, healing, and finding a way to keep living after life changes forever. In this episode you'll learn: How to Live Alongside Grief How to Support Someone After Loss How to Set Boundaries Online How to Grieve Together as a Couple How to Protect Your Children Better How to Heal One Day at a Time How to Show Up for Your Family in Pain Healing doesn’t mean forgetting. Strength doesn’t mean pretending you’re okay. It simply means continuing to love, continuing to show up, and continuing to hope even when life feels different than before.  With Love and Gratitude, Jay Shetty JAY’S DAILY WISDOM DELIVERED STRAIGHT TO YOUR INBOX Join 900,000+ readers discovering how small daily shifts create big life change with my free newsletter. "Life's too short for bad sex!" Grace Campbell is speaking up about pleasure and shame

Comedian Grace Campbell used to call herself crazy before anyone else could get in there first. Now, Grace wonders whether telling herself this story was affecting how other people interacted with her... In this chat, Fearne and Grace explore how your inner self-talk will impact how others perceive you. So, how has Grace re-framed her ADHD, OCD, and anxieties? And given Grace has spent a lot of time seeking male validation, how has she become ok with so many men finding her “annoying”? Grace also reflects on her childhood, growing up amongst the political elite thanks to her dad Alastair Campbell. She explains how she learnt to speak up for herself by watching the powerful men around her. Plus, why life is too short for bad sex and a lack of orgasms! You can get your tickets for Grace’s stand up tour here! If you liked this episode of Happy Place, you might also like: Gillian Anderson Florence Bark Miranda July   Hosted on Acast. Dr. Ramani: If You're Thinking About Going No Contact With a Family Member - Listen to THIS (How to Know If It's Time To Walk Away)

Some relationships leave us questioning whether love is enough to stay. In this conversation, Jay sits down with Dr. Ramani to explore the painful reality of family estrangement and the growing number of people considering no contact with those closest to them. Together, they unpack the difference between self-protection and punishment, why guilt often accompanies healthy boundaries, and how years of unresolved hurt can lead someone to step away from a relationship they once fought hard to save. Rather than offering simple answers, this episode invites a deeper reflection on safety, repair, accountability, and healing. It challenges the belief that family ties should come at the expense of your well-being and reminds us that choosing yourself is rarely easy. Whether you're navigating a difficult relationship, supporting someone who is, or trying to understand a loved one's decision, this conversation offers compassion, clarity, and the reassurance that healing doesn't always look the way we expect. In this episode you'll learn: How to Know When No Contact Is Necessary How to Stop Abandoning Yourself for Family How to Recognize When Repair Isn’t Working How to Handle Guilt After Going No Contact How to Protect Your Peace Around Toxic Relatives How to Navigate Family Pressure and Backlash How to Choose Self-Protection Over Self-Betrayal Not every relationship is meant to be kept at the cost of your peace. Sometimes healing means repairing a connection, and sometimes it means creating distance from what continues to hurt you. Professor Vaibhav Modgil

Although we speak a lot about women's health on The Midpoint, it's also important to look at men's health and what we should take notice of. Kenny's diagnosis changed a lot of things with regards to our awareness of health and proved that we should always get ahead of what can go wrong or actually look for the signs before something really does become an issue. Today's guest is someone who is at the absolute forefront of Men's Health in this country. Professor Vaibhav Modgil is a Consultant Urological Surgeon at Manchester Royal Infirmary and one of the UK's leading experts in andrology — which is essentially the study of male health and the male reproductive system. He has just won one of the most prestigious awards in British urology and his whole career has been built around not just treating men, but understanding them. He has introduced pioneering microsurgical techniques to the North West, and his specialist practice covers everything from erectile dysfunction and testosterone deficiency to complex reconstruction. He founded the Manchester Andrology Research Collaborative, has published over sixty academic papers, and has contributed to international guidelines on men's health across Europe and America. He is also Editor-in-Chief of Trends in Urology and Men's Health. Whether this is relevant to you, or someone you care about, hopefully you will find something useful to take away. Hosted on Acast. Ashley Roberts: If you don’t scream your body will! Anxiety, insomnia, and Pussycat Dolls' comeback

For Ashley Roberts, dance was her self-expression and meditation. Then, at the height of her Pussycat Dolls fame the art she loved became tangled up in extreme burnout and body shaming. In this chat with Fearne, Ashley explains how discovering breathwork brought her back to herself after a period of intense anxiety and physical ill-health. Now, the Pussycat Dolls are making a comeback in their 40s, and this time round they’re doing it with a bigger focus on having more fun and giving fewer f*cks. There’s a lot of mental illness in her family, so Ashley talks about the mental health toolkit she’s creating for herself, as well as the grief of losing her dad to suicide. Plus, she and Fearne both suffer from insomnia, so share what works – and what really doesn’t – for each of them. The Pussycat Dolls will be touring Europe in summer 2026.
