Being in the mortgage industry , I’m referring TLOP every day to fellow LOs, Realtors and consumers. They will say something and I’ll send them an episode on that subject.

As one of the 1st employees hired by the TLOP MLO Coaching Community, my review of this show’s content may be biased. Instead I’ll share my reaction prior to joining the team. I have to say I was anticipating “boring mortgage talk” when tuning in for the 1st time (prior to my first interview). I thought it would feel like a chore that I had to do to prepare. 5 minutes in and I was genuinely laughing out loud. Aside from the fact that the content goes beyond mortgage topics, I was truly entertained regardless of the intention to join the team….this show set the tone. Now I’m proud to be a TLOP’r 🔥

This podcast and the team behind it were critical in helping me decide to stay in the mortgage business. I’ll be honest—2023 was about to take me out—empty pipeline financially, and emotionally drained I was going to give up. I listened to an especially inspiring episode after being a “once in a while” listener. A switch flipped for me and I had the confidence to keep on going. My pipeline is up and so are my spirits. I signed up for premium (got a personal call from DO) and have been really impressed with the value and service provided. I didn’t think group calls were my thing—but this has been very helpful to be surrounded by other motivated LOs. I’ve tried other coaching before and this truly is the best bang for the buck. Thank you!

As a rookie LO (only 1 year in) I am so thankful for this podcast! I’ve learned so much from constantly listening and it’s been a huge help in navigating this industry. Keep doing what you do DO and JC! I’m sure I’ll be interviewed one day #topproducerinthemaking because you know… if you put it out in the universe…. 🙏🏻😄😄
