Dislodging shame residue
Feb 26
What a powerful message delivered in a simple and concise period of time . I love the fact that there is an exercise on the podcast that you can do to apply this concept. I have recommended these podcasts to several people as I think people are carrying round these pieces of baggage without even realising it!

I love this podcast, what a great service to help me with anger. I now know that I do not have to feel shame when I get anger and now, I have steps to feel it and let it be OK to experience. Thank you Brownwyn for putting this great advice out for others to learn from.
Revolutionary!

This podcast is revolutionary, life changing work. Bronwyn gives listeners the tools to break the chains of both childhood and adulthood trauma by challenging us to face our righteous anger instead of suppressing it like society tells us to. May we all find freedom via the words and concepts that Bronwyn is introducing to us!

I’ve been listening for a while and would love these conversations to reach some of my other favorite podcasters (Glennon Doyle, Brene Brown, Esther Perel, etc). These episodes help me move *towards* my feelings. 💛
