Mastering Magnetism Part 1 with Carson Johns

Energy Is Contagious – Carson Johns on Mastering Magnetism – Part 1 Whether you are leading a team, building relationships, speaking up in a room, or simply trying to be more present with the people you love, your energy matters. In this episode, Carson Johns shares why energy is contagious and how becoming more aware of what people “catch” from you can help you create stronger, more authentic connections. In this episode of the PSI Podcast, hosts Tim Bowen and Mackenzie O’Kelley sit down with longtime PSI graduate, former PSI area director, facilitator, and leadership trainer Carson Johns for part one of a four-part series on Mastering Magnetism. Carson introduces the four pillars of magnetism: energy, clarity, connection, and consistency. In this first conversation, the focus is energy and vitality. Together, they explore why energy is contagious, how people feel your presence before you speak, and why being magnetic does not mean being loud, performative, or constantly “on.” This conversation connects directly to the PSI Basic Seminar’s work around communication, emotional intelligence, behavior styles, and reading the room. Carson shares practical insight on how to manage your energy in the moments that matter, whether you are leading a team, walking into a meeting, speaking from stage, going home to your family, or simply wanting to connect more deeply with the people around you. Purposeful Alignment Part 4 with Alison Bechtel Clark

Part 4 of Purposeful Alignment with Alison Bechtel Clark In this final episode of the Purposeful Alignment series, Tim Bowen and Mackenzie O’Kelley sit down with PSI Women’s Leadership Seminar facilitator Alison Bechtel Clark to bring the conversation full circle. Alison explores what it means to stay aligned in a world that often pulls us into reaction, division, distraction, and overwhelm. From social media and doom scrolling to difficult conversations and unspoken expectations, this episode looks at how to practice awareness moment by moment and return to who you really are before you react. The conversation also revisits the core of purposeful alignment, bringing your values, goals, energy, and actions into harmony. Alison shares practical homework for identifying what you want, uncovering the beliefs that may be blocking you, clarifying your core values, and creating a stronger connection with the people you love. To close the series, Alison shares a powerful reminder through the story of Gandhi and the phrase “My life is my message.” It is a simple invitation to look at how you show up, how you treat people, how you treat yourself, and whether your daily actions reflect the person you want to be. If this episode sparks something for you, share it with someone who is ready for their next breakthrough. Purposeful Alignment Part 1 with Alison Bechtel Clark

Part 1 of Purposeful Alignment with Alison Bechtel Clark In this episode of the PSI Podcast, Tim Bowen and Mackenzie O’Kelley talk with Alison Bechtel Clark about purposeful alignment: how to know what you actually want, how to identify the beliefs and excuses that are keeping you from it, and how to stop chasing someone else’s version of success. Alison explains that alignment starts with clarity. Many people feel stuck because they are not clear about what they want, or because the things they think they want are really based on family expectations, outside pressure, or comparisons to other people. She gives a practical exercise for getting clear: write down three to five things you genuinely want, describe them in specific detail, then write down the reasons you believe you do not have them yet. The conversation then looks at what those reasons reveal. Alison shares that when she did this exercise, the excuses she listed pointed to a deeper belief: “I’m not good enough.” She explains that a belief is something you think repeatedly until it feels true, and that changing your results begins with recognizing the story you have been living from and choosing a new one. The episode also covers the difference between chasing success and living in purposeful alignment. Chasing success can look like copying what worked for other people, trying to meet outside expectations, or collecting achievements that still leave you tired and unfulfilled. Purposeful alignment means knowing what you want, understanding why it matters, and aligning your thoughts, beliefs, actions, and choices behind it. This is part one of a four-part series on purposeful alignment. It is for anyone who feels successful on paper but disconnected inside, anyone who has stopped dreaming, or anyone who wants to make choices from personal power instead of fear, pressure, or obligation. To Think is To Create with Jane C Willhite

PSI Co-Founder and CEO Jane C. Willhite in conversation on To Think is To Create. In this very special relaunch episode of the PSI Seminars Podcast, hosts Tim Bowen and Mackenzie O’Kelley sit down with PSI Seminars co-founder Jane C. Willhite and Jenessa Willhite Meyers for a conversation about the history, purpose, and future of PSI Seminars and PSI World. Jane shares how PSI Seminars began in 1973 with her late husband, Tom Willhite, and what made his message different from other human potential work at the time. She talks about Tom’s ability to connect with people, the early roots of PSI, and why the Basic Seminar has remained largely unchanged for more than 50 years. The conversation also explores one of PSI’s core principles, “To Think Is To Create.” Jane explains what this principle looks like in everyday life, from the way people talk to themselves in the morning to the importance of seeing yourself already living the life, relationship, or result you want to create. She also discusses why resentment, anger, and negative self-talk can shape a person’s life if left unchecked. Jane shares that the PSI Basic Seminar helps people become stronger, become their own advocate, and learn to see themselves differently. She explains that the Basic helps people get “on their own team” instead of living from self-criticism or limitation. Jenessa also shares what she has learned from growing up inside PSI’s personal growth work, especially the importance of living today, being present with the people you love, and remembering that every interaction matters. She then explains the vision of PSI World, PSI’s nonprofit arm, and how graduates create service projects around the world through the mission of World Peace, One Mind at a Time. This episode is for PSI graduates, people new to PSI Seminars, and anyone interested in personal growth, self-awareness, purposeful living, service, and creating a stronger relationship with themselves.
