As we close out this MAXOUT Your Mind Masterclass series, I want to talk to you about something that might be the most important skill you can develop going into 2026: designing your life on purpose. Too many people drift into a new year hoping things change instead of deciding what they will change. In this final masterclass, I walk you through how to step back, take inventory of your life, and consciously choose what stays, what goes, and what gets rebuilt. I break down the difference between inventing and reinventing your life and why both matter. Your body is constantly renewing itself, shedding old cells and rebuilding new ones. Your mind and spirit deserve the same intentional renewal. I challenge you to stop living on autopilot and start asking better questions. What do you want to feel when you wake up? What kind of progress excites you? What are you actually looking forward to? Because progress creates power, and having something meaningful to move toward is one of the greatest sources of happiness we have. We also talk about why living fully present does not mean abandoning the future. Human beings need something to look forward to.
