After years of overworking and burning out in the nonprofit world, she decided to open up her coaching business. She supports entrepreneurs & change-makers connect to the wisdom of their nervous system and body to remove mental and emotional blocks in growing and feeling at-peace in their business.  She incorporates intergenerational, collective, and systemic trauma analysis and healing.
